1-on-1 Coaching
Coaching pastors to build and keep the trust their ministry runs on.
Most of what makes pastoral ministry hard is downstream of trust. The trust your staff have in you. The trust your elders extend before they speak honestly. The trust your spouse has that ministry is not eating you alive. Coaching is a structured, confidential space to work the actual problem — staff dynamics, board pressure, succession, conflict, the slow drift of burnout — with someone who knows the terrain, and won't pretend the easy answer is the right one.

How it works

Intro call
A free 30-minute conversation so we both get a feel for whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way.

Coaching sessions
Hour-long sessions, usually every two to three weeks. Video or phone. You bring the agenda; I'll bring the questions.

Between sessions
Email and text access for the in-between moments — the late-night decision, the email you're not sure how to send.
